SELECTING OFFICIAL CHAPTER DELEGATES.pdf
Each year at the Wisconsin FFA State Convention, the Wisconsin Association of FFA conducts an annual business session with the chapters within the state association. Every FFA chapter is allowed two official voting delegates to participate in the Official Business Session at the Wisconsin FFA Convention.

Business items will include the approval of 2025 Delegate Minutes, the approval of 2026 State FFA Degree Recipients, the approval of 2026-2027 State FFA Budget, Constitutional Amendments and Committee Reports. At the 97th Wisconsin FFA Convention and Expo, every chapter has the opportunity to provide two members to participate in an interview round with the state officer candidates from their Section. On Wednesday, June 17, two delegates from each chapter will report to a specific meeting room to participate in one of the interviews with the state officer candidates from their section.

Below are recommendations from the 2025 Delegates and the Action Plan from the State Association in responding to those recommendations: 2025 State Convention Delegate Action Plan.pdf
