2025 Fall National FFA Leadership Conferences MISSION/IMPACT - CLICK HERE


 
     
Overview      

9th to 10th-grade students will experience
the MISSION Conference.
Objectives - Students will:

  • Connect: Students will be introduced to the theme of the conference and evaluate their role in helping others feel connected.
  • Why: Students will analyze why an effort to connect with others must be made and to whom that effort will be applied.
  • How: Students will discover tools and processes to cultivate healthy connections.
  • Unhealthy Connections: Students will categorize the connections in their lives and practice navigating unhealthy connections.
  • Influence: Students will examine the relationship between trust and influence.
  • Plan: Students will review the content from the previous sessions and leave motivated to create change.
  11th to 12th-grade students will experience
the
 IMPACT Conference.
Objectives - Students will:
  • Identity: Members will build relationships, set expectations and preview the conference content.
  • Direction: Members define their personal leadership direction and write a direction statement that will guide their leadership
  • Voice: Members will explore different forms of voice and build a personal communication plan focused on supporting agriculture.
  • Strategy: Members will identify a meaningful way their FFA chapter could improve and develop a strategic plan to help make it happen.
  • Initiative: Members will write a personal pledge and action plan for how they will lead with initiative.
  • Impact: Members celebrate their growth, reflect on each part of the conference and pull together everything they’ve learned to create their personal impact map.


Registration      
Registration is due October 21, 2025 at 11:59 P.M. Advisor's will need to sign in to register students.

CONFERENCE FEES: Includes processing fee
Student: $100.00 (Includes Meals)
Advisor: $50.00 (Optional Registration Fee Only)

MEAL PACKAGE: Included in registration for students.
Advisor: $40.00 (Optional)


     

Lodging Information      
 HOTEL ROOM TRADING POST: PLEASE USE to the Hotel Room Trading Post to reduce hotel costs and share a room with another chapter. Please avoid using the listserv to find rooms.

DEADLINE: Chapters must book their rooms by October 21, 2025. On this date, any remaining rooms in the block will be released for general reservations at the hotel's prevailing daily rate, which may be higher than the group rate. It is highly encouraged to book before 10/21/2025 as rooms can fill quickly.
