State Contest Information
ALL interested teams need to enter a Regional Qualification Floriculture CDE Event & place in the top 3- 5 teams to advance to the next Wisconsin State Floriculture CDE. There will be a Regional Floriculture Qualification CDE held on March 17, 2026 in conjection with the SC CDE Events.
DATES: LIVE Contest FRIDAY April 24, 2026
TIME: 8:30 a.m. - 1 p.m Team Limit= 20 (or less teams) STATE CDE IS OFFICIAL DRESS EVENT
(regional CDE competitions are NOT official dress)
LOCATION: Live Contest on April 24th will be at The Montrose Town Hall (1341 Diane Ave Belleville, WI 53508) Bussing is provided.

Overview
The Floriculture Career Development Event (CDE) requires students to identify plants, judge flower arrangements and solve problems. Participants also demonstrate skills in flower arranging, propagation and the preparation of floral and foliage products for sale.
